Jung Kook of BTS is set to unveil his new documentary, “Jung Kook: I Am Still,” which will be shown in theaters around the globe on September 18. Directed by Junsoo Park, known for his work on various BTS-related films, the documentary offers an intimate glimpse into Jung Kook’s solo debut journey.

The film chronicles Jung Kook’s eight-month path leading up to his solo debut, starting around the release of his hit single “Seven,” featuring American rapper Latto. It includes exclusive footage, behind-the-scenes interviews, and live performances that highlight the creative process and challenges of Jung Kook’s transition to a solo artist.

The documentary will be screened in over 120 countries and regions, with tickets going on sale August 21. Trafalgar Releasing will handle the distribution, with CEO Marc Allenby expressing enthusiasm about the project and its impact on BTS’s global fanbase, ARMY.

Jung Kook’s single “Seven” topped Billboard’s Hot 100, while his debut solo album “Golden” reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200. Reflecting on his debut, Jung Kook mentioned the excitement and challenges of stepping into the spotlight as a solo artist, aiming to present a more mature version of himself through his music and performances.
