Ginnifer Goodwin has expressed her eagerness to revisit her iconic role as Snow White from the beloved ABC series Once Upon a Time. In a recent interview at D23, the prominent Disney-themed convention held in Anaheim, California, Goodwin revealed that she is ready and willing to participate in a potential reboot of the show.
“I hear these rumors as well [about a reboot], and I am available if they [want to do that],” Goodwin shared with PEOPLE. “I mean, I live around the corner from the creator, so I’m sure I’ll hear things.” Her enthusiasm was palpable as she reflected on her connection to the series. “I’d love to go back. My whole life is kind of built around it. I mean, I married Prince Charming. His babies are my babies,” she added, referring to her husband Josh Dallas, whom she met on the Once Upon a Time set and with whom she shares two children.
The original Once Upon a Time series, which aired from 2011 to 2018, combined classic fairy tale characters with modern-day settings. Developed by Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, the show featured a star-studded cast including Goodwin as Snow White, Dallas as Prince Charming, Lana Parrilla as The Evil Queen, and Robert Carlyle as Rumplestiltskin, among others.
Last year, Dallas spoke about the enduring popularity of the show, noting that fans still frequently engage with the series. “People come up to me all the time talking about Once and saying they just started watching it and they’re loving it,” he said.
In addition to her potential return to Once Upon a Time, Goodwin is also reprising her role as Judy Hopps in the highly anticipated sequel to Zootopia. During D23, she mentioned that she has resumed recording for the sequel to Encanto, scheduled for release on November 26, 2025. Goodwin described stepping back into the role of Judy as “like riding a bike,” drawing from her experience with the first film and preparing to bring the character back to life.
