Justin Timberlake’s arrest details have come to light following his recent DUI incident in Sag Harbor. The singer, known for his hits like “SexyBack,” was apprehended on June 18, 2024, and the police report has disclosed the items he had in his possession at the time.
According to the report, Timberlake was carrying a vape pen, a Rolex watch, a gold ring, and $306 in cash. Despite his claims of sobriety, asserting he had only consumed “one martini” and was simply following a couple home, Timberlake failed multiple sobriety tests administered by law enforcement.
Timberlake was stopped by police after allegedly breaking a stop sign near the American Hotel. He refused to take a breathalyzer test and exhibited signs of intoxication, including difficulty balancing and following instructions. The couple Timberlake was following attempted to intervene on his behalf, but the police proceeded with the arrest. The woman in the couple was allowed to drive Timberlake’s BMW SUV home.
The arrest has attracted significant media attention, and Timberlake’s insistence on his sobriety stands in contrast to the police’s findings. The case has highlighted the challenges celebrities face when involved in legal issues and the scrutiny that accompanies their public lives.
