Retired AFL star Kieren Jack and his TV reporter wife Charlotte Goodlet have listed their terrace home in Sydney’s Paddington. The 34-year-old former Sydney Swans captain is asking for between $2.5million to $2.95million for the property.
The recently renovated two-bedroom home is situated on a 146 square meter block, and features a new kitchen with stone benchtops. Glass doors at the rear of the property open up to a covered terrace, which leads out to a sun-drenched landscaped courtyard.
The home which also features a modern bathroom, oak floorboards, and skylights – is set to go to auction on June 4. According to a report by realestate.com.au, Kieren and Charlotte, 30, bought the property for $1.34million back in 2014 and previously sold a home in Sydney’s Randwick for $1,815,000 in 2016.
They also sold a two-bedroom investment unit in Randwick for $895,000 back in 2020, after purchasing it for $570,000 in 2009. Kieren and Charlotte are now looking to purchase a family home in Sydney’s inner west. The couple celebrated their three-year wedding anniversary in November, with each paying tribute to the other on social media at the time.

Meanwhile, Kieren posted that ‘marriage is about compromise’, before wishing his wife a ‘happy three years. Kieren and Charlotte wed during a lavish ceremony in the Blue Mountains in NSW in November 2018.
