There may be a change of power in Pakistan soon. Preparations are underway to remove Imran Khan from the post of Prime Minister. Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N), the party of Nawaz Sharif, which is included in the largest opposition front Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), has intensified preparations for a no-confidence motion to surround the government.

Shahbaz Sharif, the president of PML-N and brother of Nawaz Sharif, met Chaudhry Shujaat, president of the breakaway faction PML-Q. It is being called ‘Milap’ in the political corridors of Pakistan. The leaders of both the parties have met after 16 years. Former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto’s Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has also intensified protests against the Imran government. Processions are being taken out.

It is learned that PPP President Asif Ali Zardari also met PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat and invited him to join the opposition. At present, Shujaat has not accepted it, but it has heated up the political temperature. Meanwhile, on Monday, Imran Khan claimed that the PML-Q will remain with the government.

MQM-P and PML-Q have the key to power, Pakistan’s leading political expert Usman Khan said in a conversation with Dainik Bhaskar that MQM-P and PML-Q, who are in the government, have the key to power. Both the parties are currently supporting the Imran government.

Allies of the government will not leave:
On the preparations for the no-confidence motion and the meetings of some of the government allies with the opposition, Imran’s party MP Kanwal Shojib says that the government will complete five years. The allies of the government are not going to give up.
