Melania Trump recently spoke out about the upcoming 2024 presidential election during an exclusive interview with “Fox & Friends” co-host Ainsley Earhardt. The former First Lady, who has been active on social media promoting her upcoming memoir, emphasized the challenges the U.S. faces under President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
In her first television interview in nearly two years, Melania criticized the Biden-Harris record, asserting that it “speaks for itself.” She highlighted issues such as rising costs of living, global conflicts, and what she described as “weak leadership” leading to military casualties. “The country is suffering. People are not able to buy usual necessities for their families,” she stated.
Addressing the ongoing border crisis, she noted, “The border is open and dangerous. A lot of fentanyl is coming over, killing our youth. It’s very hard to see.” Melania urged voters to compare her husband Donald Trump’s four years in office with those of the current administration, claiming there was more border security, fewer wars, and greater job stability under his leadership.
Her upcoming memoir, titled Melania, is set to be released on October 8, promising an uncensored look at her life from modeling to the White House. Earlier this month, she shared a teaser for the book, which includes reflections on the FBI’s August 2022 search of her Mar-a-Lago residence. “I never imagined my privacy would be invaded by the government here in America,” she said, adding that her story serves as a reminder of the importance of protecting freedom and rights.
The Mar-a-Lago search was part of an investigation into allegations that Donald Trump removed classified documents after leaving office; charges against him were dismissed in July.
