Aladdin star Mena Massoud really wants to be the DCEU’s Nightwing. Massoud was launch into the public eye when he starred in the surprisingly realistic revamp of Disney’s beloved energized film, procuring acclaim for his presentation in the midst of the film’s tepid basic gathering. Most as of late, he loaned his voice to the energized movie Lamya’s Poem from director Alex Kronemer, which is set to debut at the Vancouver International Film Festival.
In an elite meeting advancing Lamya’s Poem, Massoud uncovers to SR that he is tingling to go along with one of the superhuman realistic universes, and couldn’t imagine anything better than to play Nightwing for the DCEU. He describes having consistently been attracted to Batman, a person he concedes is grounded on screen, yet considers himself to be a better fit for Grayson. The person’s story, Massoud says, is certainly worth telling:
I’ve been fixated on Batman, however I believe Batman’s sort of… it’s been done a great deal now and it’s been finished by some incredible actors. I don’t figure I can top them in that manner, yet Nightwing simply has a really fascinating story [that] hasn’t been done before, he’s somewhat more youthful. Indeed he’s a person I’ve recently consistently been attracted to.
Massoud isn’t off on his planning, however getting the job of Grayson could take some tolerance. Warner Bros. has a Nightwing-focused movie right now being developed, with The LEGO Batman director Chris McKay previously joined. McKay has recently voiced his enthusiasm for the venture, yet conceded that it isn’t one of the studio’s DCEU needs, so it’s indistinct whenever crowds may get an opportunity to see his interpretation of the person. Yet, in the event that Massoud plays his cards right, starring in that DCEU film some place down the line isn’t entirely unachievable.
