Kim Hye Yoon and Lomon have been confirmed as the leads for the upcoming SBS drama “Human Starting from Today” (literal title), set to be a captivating blend of fantasy and romantic comedy.
Announced on September 4, the drama follows Eun Ho, a nine-tailed fox (gumiho) who defies traditional gumiho lore by avoiding good deeds and men to steer clear of becoming human. Her carefree existence takes a dramatic turn when she unexpectedly transforms into a human due to an accident involving a self-absorbed star soccer player who suddenly enters her life.
Kim Hye Yoon will portray Eun Ho, an eccentric Gen Z gumiho who delights in eternal youth and small mischiefs while resisting any temptation to become human. Her comfortable, predictable life is upended by unforeseen events.
Kim Hye Yoon expressed her enthusiasm for the role, saying, “I’m thrilled to introduce ‘Human Starting from Today’ to viewers. I’m looking forward to exploring this new character and showcasing my acting skills. I hope everyone will be excited and show a lot of interest.”
