Sabrina Carpenter has expanded her Short n’ Sweet album with a new digital bonus track titled “Busy Woman.” Available for download exclusively through her official webstore, this track joins other bonus content, including “Needless to Say” and a demo version of “Taste.”
Carpenter announced the release of “Busy Woman” via social media, expressing her excitement about sharing the song, which was written with collaborators Jack Antonoff and Amy Allen. She shared her enthusiasm in an Instagram post: “Surprise! I wrote ‘Busy Woman’ with Jack and Amy just after I turned in Short n’ Sweet and was so sad I couldn’t include it. It’s one of my favorites, so I wanted to give it to you as a thank you for all the love!”
Alongside “Busy Woman,” fans can also download “Needless to Say” and “Taste (Demo)” from Carpenter’s online store for a limited time. “Needless to Say” is also featured as a bonus track on a special edition vinyl with a unique cover of Carpenter in baby blue.
In an interview with Variety, Carpenter revealed that the special vinyl package, which she designed with her sister Sarah and collaborators Dannah Gottlieb and Chase Shewbridge, is among her favorite projects. She will soon hit the road in support of Short n’ Sweet, with tour dates across the UK, Europe, and North America, starting September 23 in Columbus, Ohio, and including stops at New York’s Madison Square Garden and Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena.
