BTS’ Jimin continues to captivate audiences with his solo track “Who,” which has maintained its position on the Billboard Hot 100 for four consecutive weeks. The song, part of Jimin’s second solo album MUSE, has proven to be a fan favorite since its release on July 19, 2024. On August 21, 2024, Billboard reported that “Who” secured the 29th spot on the Hot 100, showcasing its enduring popularity.
The track originally debuted at No. 14 on the Hot 100, marking Jimin’s sixth solo entry on the chart. In addition to its Hot 100 success, “Who” achieved notable positions on other Billboard charts, including No. 6 on the Global 200, No. 7 on the Digital Song Sales chart, and No. 24 on the Streaming Songs chart in its fourth week. The album MUSE also made its mark on the Billboard 200, reaching No. 58, with the album sales charts showing a No. 20 rank on the Top Current Album Sales and No. 24 on the Top Album Sales charts.
Impressively, “Who” garnered 100 million streams on Spotify within just 10 days of its release, making it the fastest K-pop song to reach this milestone in 2024. The official music video for the track has surpassed 33 million views on YouTube.
Jimin’s solo debut came with his album Face in 2023, featuring the title track “Like Crazy,” which topped the Billboard Hot 100, making Jimin the first K-pop solo artist to achieve this feat. His pre-release single “Set Me Free Pt. 2” also contributed to the success of his debut.
Jimin, who enlisted in the military on December 13, 2024, alongside his bandmate Jungkook, is expected to be discharged around 2025. During his enlistment, Jimin remains active through his appearances on the travel show Are You Sure?! with Jungkook, which premiered on August 8, 2024.
