NCT DREAM’s Renjun is set to make a highly anticipated return following his hiatus due to health issues. After stepping back from group activities in April, Renjun will join his bandmates for the release and promotion of their upcoming U.S. single, “Rains in Heaven.”
SM Entertainment announced on August 9 that Renjun, who has been recovering from health issues, will participate in the promotional activities for the new single, slated for release on August 23. The agency confirmed that Renjun’s health has significantly improved, allowing him to take part in the group’s latest project.
Despite his return, Renjun will not join the group for the U.S. leg of their world tour, “THE DREAM SHOW 3: DREAM( )SCAPE.” Doctors advised that it is too early for him to handle the demanding tour schedule, so he will sit out the concerts in the United States. SM Entertainment noted that Renjun’s future participation in the group’s schedule will be assessed based on his ongoing recovery, with further updates to be provided as needed.
NCT DREAM, a prominent sub-unit of the larger NCT group, is known for its dynamic performances and diverse musical styles.
