Former White House advisors Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have secured a lease for a condominium in Miami’s esteemed Arte building, signaling their relocation to Florida following a notable $32 million property purchase on Indian Creek Island. Designed by renowned architect Antonio Citterio, Arte stands as a pinnacle of luxury in Surfside, known for its pyramid-shaped structure and opulent amenities.
The couple’s move comes as President Trump returns to Mar-a-Lago, his Palm Beach estate, following the end of his term. Their decision to lease in Arte, where properties typically rent for tens of thousands monthly, underscores the area’s exclusivity. The building, developed in part by Alex Sapir of the Sapir Organization, offers top-tier features such as direct elevator access, fingerprint recognition technology, and expansive terraces with Roman travertine ceilings.
While planning to construct a new residence on Indian Creek Island, Ivanka and Jared will temporarily reside in their unfurnished unit at Arte, enjoying amenities like a private rooftop tennis court, a heated indoor lap pool, and 24-hour security. The move follows their previous rental in Washington, D.C.’s Kalorama neighborhood during their White House tenure.
