Dubai’s Hatta region is set to undergo a transformative makeover, with Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, recently approving a slew of ambitious projects as part of the comprehensive Hatta Master Development Plan. These initiatives span various sectors, including housing, education, social services, tourism, and entertainment, aiming to enhance the overall quality of life for both residents and visitors to the region.
During his recent visit to the Hatta region, Sheikh Hamdan gave his stamp of approval to several key projects, marking a significant step towards the realization of the Hatta Master Development Plan. Among the approved projects is the Hatta Beach development, an expansive undertaking that will stretch across an impressive 10,000 square meters, featuring an artificial lake and a myriad of amenities and services for the enjoyment of visitors.
One of the highlights of the development plan is the establishment of a private school capable of enrolling 700 to 1,000 students. This educational facility is poised to contribute significantly to the growth and development of the Hatta region, providing a top-notch learning environment for the residents. Additionally, a new neighborhood council is slated to be set up, fostering social interaction among the region’s residents and empowering the community to actively participate in local decision-making processes.
The Hatta Beach project, in particular, reflects a careful consideration of the region’s natural beauty and rich heritage.
