Kirby shared her thoughts on what sets this new film apart from previous iterations, stating, “I hope that, when you read all the comics and you read about how many people have come in different years and thought about new journeys for each of them to go on, there’s been so many contributing, creative minds. That’s what I feel most inspired by.”
Joseph Quinn praised director Matt Shakman, known for his work on Disney+’s “WandaVision.” Quinn highlighted Shakman’s unique approach, noting, “Shakman’s work on ‘WandaVision’ had a separate kind of feel to the rest of the MCU, and I think that’s what he wants to bring to this.”
