Abrams, who previously opened for Swift’s Eras Tour last summer, recently released her second album, The Secret of Us, on Friday. The album features the track “Us,” a collaboration between Abrams and Swift.
Introducing the performance, Swift shared the story behind the song’s creation. “This song was written one night when we were hanging out, drinking wine, and talking about Abrams’ life,” Swift noted. “And talking about your life became this song,” she added, highlighting the personal connection behind the lyrics.
During the performance, Swift played guitar while Abrams played the piano, delivering an emotional rendition of “Us.” The moment was a testament to their close friendship and creative synergy.
The surprises didn’t end there. Following “Us,” Swift treated the audience to a mashup of three of her songs: “Out of the Woods,” “Is It Over Now?” and “Clean.” All three tracks are featured on her album 1989, either in the original or the re-released version.

“Writing this entire song from 2 am to 6 am was some of the most fun I’ve ever had in my life. Taylor Swift: Now we know how to use a fire extinguisher. I love you,” Abrams wrote, capturing the spontaneity and excitement of their collaboration.
This isn’t the first time Abrams and Swift have shared the stage. Last summer in Cincinnati, Abrams performed her song “I Miss You, I’m Sorry” with Swift accompanying her on guitar. Their ongoing collaborations continue to thrill fans and highlight the powerful connection between the two artists.
