Whitney Port showed off her gym-honed physique in a black sports bra and matching shorts while exiting a workout class in Los Angeles on Thursday. After working on improving her strength, balance and flexibility, the 37-year-old The Hills: New Beginnings star was seen carrying a yoga mat and a Boxed Water.

As she paraded her toned legs on her walk back to her car, the mom-of-one toted a light brown leather tote bag, from Marge Sherwood, and long hair in a sleek ponytail.  The fashion designer accessorized her sporty ensemble with a pair of black $140 Axel Arigato flip flops and chunky gold necklace.

On Friday morning, she shared an Instagram slideshow of her getting all glammed up for a fun night out with friends at the Beverly Hills Hotel. While she may have still been wearing sweatpants, she dressed up her look with a chic blazer and silver Chanel handbag.

She was clearly feeling confident in her look as she snapped a car selfie on the way to the Polo Lounge, where she enjoyed cocktails with celebrity pilates instructor Amanda Kassar Nikki Nakia.

‘As soon as I went off of birth control, we were pregnant within three months,’ she wrote on her account in March. ‘Needless to say, having three miscarriages after that was difficult, frustrating and 100% unexpected.’

She continued: ‘I don’t think anyone has ever said it is easy, so I am not about to paint a picture that it is. The process of hormones, unknowns, what ifs and everything in between has definitely affected my mental health and marriage in more ways than one.’

Still, she said she and her family have ‘already come out stronger on the other other side no matter what happens.’ In February, Port revealed to her followers that she was going through the egg retrieval process with husband Tim Rosenman after experiencing her third miscarriage in November 2021.

Previously while conducting another Q&A session on her Instagram Story, she told fans she would consider IVF to expand her family.‘Yes, so we can have another one of these crazies,’ Whiney wrote on an image of her Sonny leaping into the air on a pier.

She continued, ‘Someone asked me if I feel strongly that we are missing another member of the fam or if we would be ok with one so I thought I’d merge the two.‘We are considering all of it at this point but also feel almost complete with Sonny.

‘Lately I have been feeling this insane sense of gratitude for him. And we will be more than ok if we just have Sonny, but we want to do the discovery and get all the information to see what the process for a second could be.

The fashion designer concluded, ‘We want Sonny to have a sibling but we are not gong to sacrifice our whole happiness to have it.’ Whitney also discussed her emotional struggles after her three miscarriages, explaining that she had ‘different reactions’ to each one.

She went on to say that she felt like a ‘monster’ for feeling a slight sense of relief after her first miscarriage but described the following two as ‘heartbreaking.’ While answering a fan said that she had experience a miscarriage and wanted to know how the television personality had handled her miscarriages, Whitney wrote on another picture of Sonny, ‘It’s so hard.

‘Each one I had, I had different reactions. The first one, I felt slightly relieved, don’t know why, felt like a monster for not feeling ready for number 2 but the second and third ones have been just heartbreaking and it’s all about giving yourself grace to go through the various steps of grieving.

‘And telling those around you the you need extra love and possibly even space that the moment. She advised the fan, ‘Take your time to figure out your next steps and don’t rush into anything because of outside voices. Just heal your body and your spirit and you can reconvene.’
