New Zealand’s pregnant female journalist Charlotte Bayliss living in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, will be able to return to the country in the first week of March. New Zealand’s Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern’s government has given Bayless special permission to return to the country. Bayless, 35, is 25 weeks pregnant. Last week, he raised his voice against New Zealand’s strict Kovid protocol through a column. After this, the Ardern government was being criticized all over the world.
On the other hand, Bayless’s lawyer has made it clear that he is going to file a case against the country’s Health Minister Chris Hipkins, because he has exposed Charlotte’s privacy.
Along with the partner,
Bayless herself told on Tuesday that she is returning to New Zealand in the first week of March and is very happy with this news. He will be accompanied by Belgian partner Jim Hullybrook. Currently, he is in Kabul and the Taliban government is helping him. New Zealand’s Deputy Prime Minister Grant Robertson himself spoke to Bellis.
However, it is also true that Bayless has got special permission. Apart from them, 118 emergency applications are still pending and the government has not yet allowed its own citizens to return to the country. Some of these are pregnant women as well.

Bellis is currently staying in a hotel in Kabul.
On the other hand, Bayliss’s lawyer Tudor Klee has made it clear that New Zealand’s Health
Minister Chris Hipkins has made Bayless’s privacy public, a case is being filed against him. Klee said- All the medical records and histories of my clients were conveyed to the world through the media. These are legal offenses and Chris will now have to answer this in court. We are citizens of New Zealand and we have the right to do so. The minister has not responded to this.
Now know the whole matter
, Bellis came in the news for the second time in 7 months. Last year she went to Afghanistan, when America was pulling out its troops from there. There the Taliban had been captured and during that time Bellis was working for the Aljazeera TV channel. The headquarter of this channel is in Qatar. Then wearing a scarf on his head, Bellis asked Taliban leaders tough questions about the Taliban giving rights to women and girls. She got pregnant during the coverage itself. Due to the Kovid protocol, the government of his country was not ready to allow him to return to the country.
The Taliban told the lie that
Bellis went to Belgium first. When her visa expired, she came to Kabul after requesting the Taliban. He has been here since November. Bellis says- The Taliban have given me permission to come to Afghanistan, but with one instruction. He told me – don’t tell anyone that you are not married. I sent 59 documents to the New Zealand government asking them to allow me to return as an emergency case. But, it was not possible because of the lottery system.
