Jared Leto looks way creepier as Joker in a new Suicide Squad image. The actor appeared as the DCEU’s adaptation of the Jokester Ruler of Wrongdoing in David Ayer’s villain-driven film from 2016. He repeated the job in Zack Snyder’s Equity League however just during its post-credits arrangement. From that point forward, it’s been unclear in case there’s a chance for him to indeed return to the job.
Presently, Ayer has shared a never-before-seen look for Leto’s Joker in Suicide Squad, and it’s way creepier compared to all the alternate appearances for the character. In this form, the Jokester Ruler of Wrongdoing has a lot greater grin laid out in black ink. Meanwhile, his eyebrows are simply smaller tattoos of “HAHAHA.” Look at the photo underneath shared on Twitter by @BingeWatchThis_:
Ayer appeared another new photo of Leto as the Joker as of late, in which the character is by all accounts inside a jail — almost like the cages where Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) and the remainder of the Suicide Squad were initially detained by Amanda Waller (Viola Davis). Strangely, the Comedian Sovereign of Wrongdoing is holding a baseball bat, which could be the same bat that his then-sweetheart was using. In the caption for that photo, Ayer composed that Leto killed it in his DCEU job, “yet nobody knows it.” He’s alluding to the character’s managed down job in the film, with a large part of the actor’s performance ultimately getting cut from its theatrical form.
Leto, then again, is continuing on from his spell as Joker after Suicide Squad and Zack Snyder’s Equity League. He is set to play a Marvel job as Morbius The Living Vampire in Sony’s Morbius. Aside from that, his performance in Ridley Scott’s Place of Gucci is also earning positive surveys. It’s uncertain if he will at any point repeat the job as the Comedian Ruler of Wrongdoing again. That being said, even with Joaquin Phoenix’s variant of the character currently existing, the expanding DC multiverse could ultimately bring him back as the Batman villain.
