Luke Skywalker could show up alongside Grogu in The Book of Boba Fett. The outlet first reported Din would make an appearance in Boba Fett last April-a scoop that has since been affirmed in the latest episode. Source also discovered that Grogu and Luke, who the previous is with, would show up in the series, but chose not to report it and risk spoiling the story development. Given the events seen in The Book of Boba Fett episode 5, notwithstanding, the outlet is presently reporting that an appearance from Luke Skywalker will occur in an upcoming episode.
This report is a long way from confirmed and, while it makes sense to incorporate some recognizable faces from The Mandalorian, characters as monumental as Grogu and CGI Mark Hamill seems like a stretch. “Return of the Mandalorian” is as of now universally praised as The Book of Boba Fett’s best episode despite the absence of its titular character. Remembering Grogu and Luke for the series would overshadow Boba considerably more, while also rushing the narrative beats best left for The Mandalorian season 3.

Until the gossip in question is affirmed, it’s best to continue with a decent lot of trepidation. Considering what is had some significant awareness of Luke’s time after Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, he presumably took Grogu to his secret Jedi Temple (location obscure)- which is ultimately destroyed by Ben Solo. With just two episodes left in The Book of Boba Fett, it seems almost certain Din will visit Grogu off-screen and then return to assist Boba with the Pykes in the season finale. Then once more, the gossip of Din showing up in The Book of Boba Fett turned out to be true, so Cinelinx’s source might be correct about Luke. With a couple more episodes to go, it’ll be seen sooner
Following The Book of Boba Fett’s episode 5, “Return of the Mandalorian”, Luke Skywalker is supposed to show up in an upcoming episode of the series. Episode 4 of The Book of Boba Fett finished with a musical signal recognizable to fans of Disney+’s The Mandalorian. While many assumed Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) would show up in episode 5-which was directed by The Mandalorian vet Bryce Dallas Howard-not very many expected its entire runtime would focus on catching up with the character.
