Lisa Curry enjoyed a day out with her daughter and newborn grandson on Sunday. The former athlete cradled little Kit James while helping her daughter Morgan Gruell at a local Sunshine Coast market.
The 60-year-old held the tot in her arms while Morgan was busy loading the family vehicle. Lisa was dressed comfortably in a long-sleeved T-shirt that featured a navy blue and white striped design.
She added a pair of skin-tight black leggings to the ensemble, as well as a pair of pale brown and black sneakers. The swimmer had on minimal makeup, including a peachy blush and pale pink lipstick.
Lisa wore her blonde locks in a loose ponytail with strands flowing around her face. She carried Kit in a baby blanket that featured an orange rainbow pattern, with the baby boy wearing a yellow onesie.
Busy mum Morgan opted for a white hoodie and a pair of black tights, and wheeled along a large pram. Morgan welcomed her third child with her husband Ryan in May. The mother-of-three announced the exciting news to Instagram alongside a series of adorable photos of the tiny tot.
‘Just like that… We’re a family of 5! On the 23rd of May at 3:30am we were gifted with another beautiful baby boy!!’ she wrote. ‘Welcome to the family Kit James Gruell,’ she concluded her post.
‘My heart must have grown upon seeing him as I already love him so much.’ Morgan and her husband Ryan are already proud parents to sons Flynn, three, and Taj, one. The couple announced they were expecting their third child in November last year.
Morgan shared a sonogram to Instagram and revealed her baby was due at the end of May. ‘Life is crazy – we might as well stay in the crazy! Baby #3 due end of May!’ Morgan captioned the sonogram.
It comes after Lisa and her husband Mark Tabone decided to sell their Sunshine Coast retreat. The couple have revealed the heartbreaking reason they decided to let go of the stunning Queensland property.
They said their ‘priorities have changed’ since the death of Lisa’s daughter, Jaimi, aged 33, in 2020.
