She has finally been able to enjoy her much-delayed hen party at an £7,500-per-night resort in Dubai. And Jordan Pickford’s fiancée Megan Davison shared more snaps from her lavish celebrations on Wednesday where she slipped into a bridal white swimsuit and veil.
The England goalkeeper, 28, legally tied the knot with his bride-to-be back in March 2020, and had reportedly planned to celebrate their big day in the Maldives that summer, before it was postponed due to the Covid pandemic.
In another image she posed on a night out in a metallic dress and veil alongside Jack Grealish’s model girlfriend Sasha Attwood who showed off her figure in a purple mini dress. Elsewhere the group enjoyed a day out at a Dubai beach club where Megan wore a tired white dress and ‘Mrs Pickford’ hat as well as a ‘bride’ beach bag.
Now it appears that Jordan and Megan will finally get their grand wedding celebration, as the blonde beauty shared a further glimpse of her lavish bachelorette on Instagram. In the plethora of images posted to social media she posed up a storm on board a yacht in the pretty white swimsuit which she teamed with a kaftan, veil and Dior wedges.
In another funny image the girls took a late night swim and wore hilarious masks with Jordan’s face on them. Megan and Jordan have been dating since she was 14 and he was 16 after meeting at school and share a two-year-old son, Arlo.
It was thought that the pair were planning to celebrate their wedding with a lavish ceremony in The Maldives that summer, before their plans were cancelled due to the Covid pandemic.
The couple have already married in a legal ceremony in March 2020, with the pair seen leaving a registry office in Crewe, Cheshire with their son and only five guests who were in attendance.
A source had previously told The Sun: ‘They didn’t dress to impress. It looked like they were out shopping. It sure wasn’t Premier League! After the photos, the whole wedding party got in a people-carrier and left.’ ‘Jordan and Megan have been engaged for quite a while.
‘He proposed just before his heroics at the World Cup in 2018. ‘But they put the wedding on hold when Megan fell pregnant with Arlo, who was born in February last year. ‘The wedding in the Maldives will be for close family and friends before a bigger party back in Sunderland, where they both grew up.’
Last year the pair were also unable to marry due to Jordan’s commitments as England’s top goalkeeper, helping his club reach the European Championship Final. Following the end of the latest run of Nations League matches, Jordan is in the midst of his summer break before returning to training with Everton next month.
