Donald Trump’s latest financial disclosure reveals that he earned $513 million from his golf clubs and resorts, including Doral, Mar-a-Lago, and Bedminster. The 265-page filing provides a comprehensive view of his extensive portfolio, which also includes assets such as his primary residence, cryptocurrency holdings, and his media company, Trump Media & Technology Group.

Among his major income sources, a Miami-based entity owning golf courses and a resort generated $161 million over 16 months beginning in January 2023. Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach contributed $57 million during the same period, while Trump Ruffin Tower near Las Vegas earned $28 million from condo sales and hotel revenue. His Bedminster club in New Jersey generated $37 million.

Trump’s disclosure values these properties at “over $50 million” each, the maximum allowed for reporting assets. His media company, valued at $2.7 billion, represents more than half of his estimated $5.3 billion net worth. The filing notes that Trump owns 64.9% of Trump Media & Technology Group shares, though they are locked up until September.

In addition, Trump’s CIC Digital earned $7.2 million through licensing his image on NFTs and holds at least $1 million in Ethereum. His book sales, including $300,000 from an endorsement deal with LMA Productions, generated $5.3 million.

Trump has substantial liabilities, including over $50 million in debts to the New York attorney general related to a civil fraud case and a similar amount to writer E. Jean Carroll, who won $83 million in a defamation suit against him. Trump has secured a $175.3 million bond to appeal the fraud judgment and is also appealing the Carroll ruling. Despite significant legal expenses, Trump has relied on fundraising, raising approximately $635 million for his 2024 presidential campaign, compared to the $1 billion raised by Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden. His political action committees have spent over $67 million on legal fees and related costs since January 2023.
