A couple tortured their adopted child for almost five years. He was kept in a small box and was beaten mercilessly for every small mistake. Police have registered a case against the accused parents.
People are angry about the treatment done by an American couple to their adopted son. The child was kept locked in a small box made in the garage. He was not even allowed to come out to go to the toilet. There was a bucket in the box, in which he was forced to urinate. After facing the torture of his parents for almost five years, now the child has become free.

According to the report of ‘Daily Star’, Tracy and Timothy Ferriter adopted a child in 2017. Since then he was harassing her. At the age of just 13, the child saw everything that he could never have imagined. The child told the police that he was beaten up. Once his father had hit him in the wall by holding his head. Not only this, he was also beaten with a belt.

Florida Police said that the accused husband and wife used to keep the child in a box and to keep an eye on him every moment, a CCTV camera was also installed in the box. The child was only allowed to leave the box to go to school. On his return, he was again locked in the box. The box contained nothing but a mattress and a bucket.

‘Send to jail, won’t go home’
The child told the police that he was kept locked in the box for 18 hours a day. One day when he got a chance, he ran away. A police officer said, ‘The child was tortured. When we got that, I was very scared. He even said that arrest me and send me to jail, I do not want to go back home. A case has been registered against the accused and at present they are out on bail.
